Activewear & Uniform Design and Production Services

SUSTAINABLE & RECYCLED MATERIALS

We are huge advocates for designing and producing sustainable products for our customers. We hope sustainability becomes the “STANDARD” in the near future with all taking more care of our ENVIRONMENT by managing how and what their products are made from.

With many years in the activewear industry, we understood that the essential element to designing  it is integrating fashion with functionality. It makes the consumers feel good and look good.  This is also what makes activewear such a challenging market because your audience will look for style and a combination of functionality and features.

At the beginning, we do spend a lot of time with our customer to fully understand their needs and their consumers’ demands. After that, we can start to design the product with ideas about suitable fabrics and garment factories.

We have experience in creating golf, tennis, running, training, football, team-sports and sublimated active wears. Everything we design is bespoke, always starting with a blank page.

Another tricky part is finding suitable materials for designs to get all the desired features. Not all activewear products are made the same because each is designed for a specific purpose.

Having strong networks in this industry from yarn, fabrics, trim, printing, garment factories, it will help our customers save time and cost to find the right fabric mills and right garment factory in the designing stage.

After the design stage, we create a production package. The purpose of this production package is to provide the manufacturer a clear instruction to handle sourcing materials, pattern making, sample production, and bulk production.

Choosing the right factory to produce the sample is in our policy. With this, not only we both our company and customers can save time and costs, but also the factory can understand the product at the beginning and challenges which they will face in bulk production.

We always produce prototypes and samples in the factory that will produce the finished product to not only save cost but also to help educate the factory on the product through understanding why the product is created and designed the way it is.

They are very essential before producing any clothing in large quantities. They allow our customers to observe whether they need to revise a design before going into full apparel production. And they also help to alleviate risk by enabling our customers to see exactly what they will get for your payment.

We always follow a tricky process to ensure the product must be matched with the production package: Proto samples — > Pre-production samples — > TOP samples.

We work with many mills and garment factories in Vietnam, we do commit all our materials in Vietnam, especially fabrics. We only work with quality factories, we don’t work with customers chasing the last cent and who want to push down the cost of production by hard negotiation. At the end of the day, you get what you pay for and we strongly believe that the factory gets a fair price for the service they provide.

We have strongly experience in process of production and quality control to meet customers’ requirements:

With sustainable orientation, we offer materials such as recycled polyesters, coffee yarn, or organic cotton yarn to our customers.

To CREATE MORE VALUE and SAVE COSTS for customers, we source from yarn, knitting/weaving to dyeing. We also offer SUSTAINABLE OPTIONS to our eco-conscious customers looking to produce recycled or sustainable materials.

Clo3D enables us to create products in a virtual 3D format by creating the designs around a prescribed avatar. This avatar can be manipulated in terms of gender, shape, size, race, and height and designs are created by cutting virtual patterns, stitching them and then placing them onto the avatar to create the 3D garment.

Fabric types can also be specified in terms of weave, knit, weight, structure, drape, sheen etc, and the clever software interprets this into a realistic 3D rendering. By a click of a button, we can see how alternative fabrics may look, hang, drape or if we want to adjust the fit, we simply nip and tuck the virtual garment until we’re all happy.
